Coaching

Emma creates an environment for her coaching clients that fosters quality thinking and decision making. She is known for her insightful, empowering and action oriented coaching style, working with clients on strategies for success. Over the years she has coached both senior and emerging leaders across cultures and has a wealth of experience in onboarding and development planning. Her own track record of operating at a senior level and making successful transitions to new organisations, sectors and countries means she can truly relate to her clients. Emma completed her Professional Certificate of Coaching at Henley Business School in 2011 and is a certified practitioner in assessment and development tools such as Hogan and MBTI.
Emma can provide assessments to inform selection or development decisions, incorporating relevant aptitude and psychometric questionnaires.

Assessment:
Emma is qualified to administer and interpret aptitude and psychometric questionnaires, including Hogan (HDI, HDS, MVPI), Myers Briggs, Swift Executive Aptitude tests and is BPS Level A certified.
She has significant knowledge of executive level selection and high potential assessment.
Assessments can be provided as part of the recruitment process, providing another source of insight and data about the candidate. Emma can produce reports on candidates, including highlighting areas to probe further (with suggested questions) at the next stage of recruitment.
Facilitation
Over the years Emma has worked with top teams designing and facilitating sessions on strategy, organisation design, vision and values and team effectiveness.
Facilitation:
An experienced facilitator, recent client work includes: design and facilitation of strategy session for a charity; design and facilitation of strategy day for a global function of manufacturing business; design and facilitation of strategy and ways of working day for a European business unit of an insurance company. A certified practitioner in MBTI (Myers Briggs), Emma also runs team building sessions utilising this tool.

Emma designs and delivers integrated talent management strategies so the organisation has the capability to fulfil its business vision. She works with the client to ensure the solution is right for their context and that it will land with impact in their organisation.
