Emma has more than 25 years’ experience working in HR and commercial roles with 4 FTSE 100 companies. She led the talent function globally for Cadbury, Unilever, Sainsbury’s and Burberry. Much of her career was spent working internationally – including in France, Russia and the USA. She has led HR initiatives through significant periods of business change, including M&A, specialising in talent management, leadership and organisation development. Emma brings strategic insight to organisations and individuals and has deep expertise in assessing, developing and coaching talent at all levels.
